Integrate chronicle as a permanode

Description

Enable to optionally start a permanode (chronicle) as part of the setup.

Motivation

For many applications a permanode is needed for long term storage. Having a permanode as part of the setup might be beneficial for those usecases.

Requirements

1. find a way to optionally include a permanode
2. run scylla
3. wire everything together

Hello, I am interested to know if the integration of a permanode in the one-click private Tangle is currently possible or it is intended to be implemented as an enhancement in the future.
