Caching is aggressive when deploying production site

We're noticing some pretty aggressive caching when deploying the production site via merging to production. This is a placeholder issue for seeing if it's something on the repo end, or an infra issue.

I am now unable to replicate anymore, but suspect this was because of old ServiceWorker still being around.

In case issue occurs again, workaround to test is to manually remove old worker for share.ipfs.io via:

• Firefox: about:serviceworkers
• Chromium: chrome://serviceworker-internals/
