@joesong168 you can pass your own libp2p and/or helia instance which can be configured however you wish.

See https://github.com/libp2p/js-libp2p/tree/main/packages/peer-discovery-bootstrap#example---configuring-a-list-of-bootstrap-nodes for an example.
