Add a license

Could you please add a license for the artwork? Perhaps [CC-BY-SA 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/)?

Without a license, as it is, the artwork is under copyright, which means that no one can rightfully copy, distribute or modify it. This can cause problems to distributions wishing to package and distribute Iridium.
