Publish to OpenVSX

It turns out the non-Microsoft-Spyware forks of Code by default can not use the official extension store and use OpenVSX instead. Changing the extension store URL back to the MS one is easy, but it's probably a good idea to publish the extension there if it isn't too much hassle.
