Epic: Simplify Spatial Part of Advanced Search

As a Pleiades user I will see a simpler "Geolocation Parameters" tab on the Advanced Search, as follows:

1. Rename the tab to "Spatial"
2. Replace the form elements with a simple MapBox map that allows users to pan and zoom and draw a bounding box which is then used to constrain search results.
3. Controls on the map should include only:
   • Zoom in
   • Zoom out
   • Drag-to-pan
   • Reset Zoom
   • Draw bounding box
   • Clear bounding box
4. The search result constraint will be simply that only objects whose "reprPoint" falls within the drawn box will appear in the result.
5. If no bounding box has been drawn or if the bounding box has been cleared, then there should be no spatial constraint on the search result.
