Hi there everyone,

Most of the area of my ALOS PALSAR scene is located offshore. I was wondering if someone has done applying land mask in StripmapApp.
I will appreciate any guidance on that.

I tried waterMask.py but the links are dead...
Thanks a bunch...

Could you clarify what you mean by this?

Let me know what scene you're using and I'll try to replicate this issue myself.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback. Well now I focused on TOPS mode data but this issue persists. I want to be able to apply watermask (probably by combining it with DEM file?) so that when I plot interferogram, I only plot on land, and not offshore.

The scenes I am using are

Major part is offshore.

What I did so far is that I used wbd.py
usage: wbd.py s n w e [c]
It helped download .wbd files which are basically the watermask files. The next I am not sure how to use them, How do I tell ISCE to use watermask file and dem and mask water areas while processing (e.g., unwrapping, so it can save time) and then plotting interferogram.

Additionally, I tried watermask.py, it takes quite some time but downloads nothing in the end.

I will appreciate your feedback
