Since version 0.1.7 WebStorm 2019 doesn't show "Nginx Config" File type

I have WebStrom 2019.1.3 and the plugin version 0.1.6 is installed. Everything works perfectly.
But after updating the plugin version to 0.17-0.1.9, I can't link the * .conf nginx file with the Nginx FileType. WebStorm doesn't show it in the list of file types.

I also found that the plugin version 0.1.7, 0.1.8, and 0.1.9 didn't show "Nginx Config" File Type within IntelliJ IDEA 2018.1.3 (Ultimate Edition), but 0.1.6 works fine.
