More public events

How do you feel about making more public events on the event feed as we grow the community?
For example:

• any tick
• any new crags or ascents added
• any post with media

The most exciting thing on Island right now is seeing people take on their projects and complete them. I think this will give new beta users the sense that a lot is happening.

sounds great. i do like the idea that you can only see activity that you care about - maybe we do the second one (makes sense since that's public data anyway) and then add the recent ascents from anyone to the sidebar - like 8a.
