Sort of like a scroll spy thing, but the content is long enough it's pretty easy to get "lost" in the section you're in. It would be nice if even, section by section, there was a TOC available as you scrolled. Not sure how that would work vs. mobile overlay, but ... TBD

This is for post-launch anyways.

Was thinking something along these lines, but for each section, perhaps.

This is a profoundly early proof of concept, but shows the gist of something like what I had in mind.
