Content (Needed): Responsive CSS/Dev/Design Needed

We need to build out a Responsive Design/Mobile/Media Queries section of the document. We have the knowledge, just need to make the points and slap something together.

Feel free to put notes and bullet points to include in this ticket.

I thought that was something Nat did a long time ago, never got finished or plans changed I assume?

He started it but it's out-dated and we've learned a lot since then. Going to do a fresh pass.

I'm working on some updated documentation for the Dev side of things. As it looks like it may be a very rainy and cold memorial day weekend, this might get done sooner rather than later.

Rob - I'll work on this in a Google Doc for now. Please let me know where I can put it once we reach that point. I'll post updates to this ticket

Hey @nring best thing to do is to just fork the repo, and add a mobile.html or responsive.html or something to the sections/en folder.

Or, better yet, since we're headed this way, maybe a mobile.md or responsive.md file.

Then we can just manage pull requests as normal. We can chat at the office later.
