Adaption to Jenkins changes required

Hello,

I'm using this style and, after updating to Jenkins 1.572, I noticed that the lately introduced UI changes in Jenkins break this style.

The sidebar containing links is not accessible and the UI also looks a bit weird with the changed navbar.

(Note that I changed the style to default for the time being, so it is not possible to examine what's broken on that URL)

Just saying.

Update: The link color making links unreadable is also an issue in the default style.
Update: The same behaviour is also encountered when using latest Firefox & Chrome.
