Consider PYTHON_VERSION in MCC_JVRC1_SampleFiled.in.cnoid

In order for everyone to be able to use any python version, I would be nice to consider the python version cmake variable in the cnoid file.

Otherwise, it must be changed to match the installed python version (line 533).

As for exemple with python3.10

Thanks for pointing that out. This issue is present in all cnoid files in hrp-choreonoid (private), LMC, and MCC. Could you please work on addressing this?

You will need to make a change like fkanehiro/mc_openrtm@d38eb43. This change assumes that the python3 command is used to check the python version in CMakeLists.txt, but I think the python command is fine.
