[ES] Gather pendings, broken links, grammar errors from the istio.io Spanish translation

Description:
The idea is to gather in one issue all the pending issues from the initial istio.io documentation translation to Spanish, to start working on it and create the PR This will help us to be more organized and know what is working for each one to avoid duplication.

• Check sidebar translation. The same topics from the main docs page are not being translated in the sidebar

• All the topics for releases are in English
• All the topics for reference are in English

• Error page when the link is broken has the headers in English

Broken anchors:

• We need to verify all the anchors in the files because they are pointing to the reference in English. For example, #define-the-service-versions should be #definir-las-versiones-del-servicio

Grammar errors or translation errors:
(Add here any findings for grammar or translation errors, such as wrong translated concepts, etc.)

• cluster should be clúster
• Check concordances of mesh as "masculine", it should be "el mesh", "un mesh"
• "Virtual Machine " should be "Maquina virtual"
• "services" should be "servicios"
