Netlify build image requires updating

All our projects have a warning saying "This project is using a build image that will stop being supported January 2026. We recommend updating as soon as possible"

This means moving from Ubuntu 20.04 to 24.04.
We should probably do this on preliminary after 1.27 releases.

This can be done directly through Netlify's User Interface. I don't have any access to the Netlify's UI , any docs maintainer can update this directly through the Netlify UI.
