Preconditions
Go to https://eplast.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com/

Test steps
1.Log into the system as a Admin(Супер адмін)
2.Upon an announcement on the governing body page is published, a system sends a notification to all the ePlast users.
3.Click on the notification menu and click on 'Переглянути' link.
4.Repeat the same steps with user account (Крайовий/Окружний/Станичний/Курінний/Прихильник/Член Пласту).

Expected Result:
Step 2. The red circle with count of the notifications is added to the notification item that is mean the new notification is added.
Step 3. 1)The 'Ваші сповіщення' pop-up window is opened.
2)The notification is displayed in the notification menu in the following format:"Додане нове оголошення. Переглянути".
3)The user is redirected to 'Оголошення' page with all announcements ordered by the date of publication in descending order.
