As an admin, I want to be sure that a non-admin can't view another user's former membership.

Description
The test case verifies that the non-admin can't view former membership.

Preconditions:
Go to https://eplast.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com/
Log in as non-Admin (Admin is a Super Admin (Region Admin, Country Admin, City/Village Admin, Hovel Admin).
Select user from “Довідник” > “Таблиця користувачів” and click to view profile.

Test steps:
Check that the information is displayed according to access levels and the table “Колишнє членство” isn't available.

Expected result:
The non-admin can't view information about former membership.
