[Functional][Admin/Chronology block] It's unable to create/edit the Streetcode when adding chronology without non-mandatory 'Historical Contexts' field on the 'Хронологія' modal window.

Preconditions

1. The user is logged as admin.
2. The page 'Новий стріткод' is opened.
3. All mandatory fields are filled (Номер стріткоду, Назва стріткоду, Транслітерація URL, Роки, Тизер, Image).

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on '+' button at chronology block.
2. Fill in all mandatory fields on the 'Хронологія' modal window:

• Назва
• Дата
• Опис

3. Click on the 'Зберегти' button on the 'Хронологія' modal window.
4. Click on the 'Опублікувати' button at the bottom of the page.
5. Click on the 'Гаразд ' button on the 'Ви впевнені, що хочете опублікувати цей стріткод?' modal window.

Actual result
The message 'Виникла помилка при створенні стріткоду'/'Виникла помилка при оновленні стріткоду' appears.
Status code 400 Bad request - "Field 'Historical Contexts' cannot be empty"
