Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 'Авторство'
2. Enter the text with more than 200 symbols

Actual result
Admin can enter more than 200 symbols to the field "Авторство"

Expected result
Admin can't enter more than 200 symbols to the field "Авторство". The limit is 200 symbols according requirement.
