Upgrade device detector

we have a warning caused by an old version of device-dector. Since we jknow that new releases of it are now available, this issue aims to motivate its upgrade

In fact, from pip device-detector the latest relased version is 5.0.1.
If we want, we can try proceeding with the update as indicated in Updating from Matomo project
