You should be able to use child bridges to connect to multiple instances of Zigbee2MQTT, if that's what you mean.

This allows you to have multiple instances of the homebridge-z2m plugin, one for each topic.

I don't think, that this is what you really want @steflp. At least one of these topics is not a zigbee device: Awtrix

The first three seems to be z2m instances. As itavero wrote, you can use 3 child bridges with separate homebridge-z2m plugin-instances.

The other three topics can't be handled by z2m, so you can't bring them to the z2m server or the homebridge-z2m plugin. They won't understand the data and cannot handle the devices, connected to these topics.

For Solar and Bresser you can try homebridge-mqttthing plugin, but you need to define and configure each device yourself.

For that cool Awtrix display, there is homebridge-awtrix plugin, but this is 3+ years old and has no description. I don't think, that this is useful in any kind! The only options are IP, port, and an activation for exposing the device's temperature and humidity sensor. I don't believe, that you would be able to change the display's content with this. I am using NodeRed to read the data from z2m server (not homebridge) and generating Awtrix apps and send them to it's mqtt topic.

If I am wrong, please describe, what you exactly want to do and what you expect that z2m or homebridge is doing with these topics.

i have 3 instances Z2M ( 1 in usb (Sonoff) and 2 with smlight (poe mode)
I use Grafana dashboard with influxdb for all my sensor
I use OpenDtu system for topic Solar
I use awtrix with node-red system
I use wx-bresser ( plugin mqtt from weewx system for local meteorlogic station)

Can someone explain me ( or share me example with json file ? ) to build child bridge ?

I don't know, if this could be done by UI. But after reading several issues you should do:

• Backup you current Homebridge configuration !!! Store it on a save place !!!
• define one child-bridge with the first z2m instance in the UI
• copy the "platform" section of the z2m-plugin from the JSON config
• remove assets, copied from the first child bridge
• change the following part and set a unique username and a unique port and unique bridge name for each child bridge within the platform keys:

                "username": "A1:B2:C3:D4:E5:F6",
                "port": 42150,
                "name": "Z2M Ground Floor"
            }

and of course you should change the mqtt topic for each child.

I don't know, if you can now modify the assets/settings of your child-plugins with the UI now or if this could cause a loss of two child bridges. In this case you may try to fully setup the first z2m base topic, backup the config, remove the platform, restart HB, fully setup the plugin for the second z2m topic, make a backup and the same for third z2m base topic. Now you concatenate the "platform" parts of all three backups and paste it to the config. Make sure, that "username" and "port" is unique for every child bridge.
