Request for feedback on beta releases of v1.11.0

I'd like to collect some feedback on the latest beta releases for v1.11.0 (e.g. Release 1.11.0-beta.9).

If no blocking issues are reported, I think it's a good time to finally publish v1.11.0, as this will incorporate changes for compatibility with Zigbee2MQTT v2.0.0 as well as the upcoming Homebridge v2 release.

Furthermore dependencies have been updated with patches and several features have been added (I'll put a list here soon).

I'm running version v1.11.0-beta.9 of the plugin for a couple of weeks without any issues
