Sorry to revive this semi-dead issue, but what problems does the beta solve for z2m 2.0? I haven't run into any issues without the beta version. If there's documentation somewhere feel free to point me to it

There were a few minor changes to APIs if I recall correctly. Should be an issue relayed to 2.0 compatibility in this repository as well with a tad more info
