[FEATURE]: Revisit proxy design and try to remove one of them from the flows

Feature Summary

Porto currently uses a 7702 delegation into a 7702Proxy into the implementation. Removing one of the proxies from the flows would:

1. Make signature validation of uninitialized/predeployed accounts much simpler
2. Reduce account creation costs by ~30k gas
