Replace preCalls with account.execute everywhere #363
Description
pre call execution modes are redundant, when account.execute already exists.
This will need changes on the relay side though.
Intent will still have encodedPreCalls struct, but it will not be part of the EIP 712, and it will just be encoded account.execute calls
