id.porto.sh: Broken create account flow

Describe the bug

Seems https://id.porto.sh/ is serving an older/broken version of the create account flow, whereas https://id.porto.sh/dialog/wallet_connect... seems to work fine. (The latter is linked from porto.sh, but id.porto.sh is linked from the account page after being logged in)

Steps To Reproduce

1. I made an account via porto.sh pop-up
2. Went to id.porto.sh to inspect it
3. Nuked the passkey from my pw manager
4. Reloaded id.porto.sh
5. Hit [Create account] again with an email and it just no-op reloads the page, nothing happens.
6. If I remove the email and [Create account], it complains that "This email is not a valid one." and the input field is set to invalid. Adding the email back in still goes back to no-op refresh.
