PaperMC not found

Describe the problem

When I start the server with docker-compose, the log says "ERROR: 1.21.4 is not published by PaperMC". And the version does not appear, saying "Set VERSION to one of the following:".

You need to re-pull the image, such as docker compose pull, and create the container, such as using docker compose up -d
