Deployed the financial bot under a RESTful API using Beam

Now you can deploy the financial bot to Beam as a restful API as easy as running:

make deploy_beam

or deploy it in development mode (less resources required):

make deploy_beam_dev

After the deployment is done, you can make an example request to the RESTful API as follows:

export BEAM_DEPLOYMENT_ID=<BEAM_DEPLOYMENT_ID>
export BEAM_AUTH_TOKEN=<BEAM_AUTH_TOKEN>

make call_restful_api DEPLOYMENT_ID=${BEAM_DEPLOYMENT_ID} TOKEN=${BEAM_AUTH_TOKEN} 

NOTE: Be sure your Beam credentials are configured.
