When will version 0.4.0 be released?

Premise: I am not a developer, just a Linux enthusiast.
First of all, thanks to all the developers who contribute to this project.
I'm here because the developing of ClamTk, the famous GUI for ClamAV, was interrupted.
Searching the web I found this project, which I thought was interesting.
From what I understand as of today, the software is not usable since you have to wait for version 0.4.0, right?

I'm using PopOS 22.04 LTS
