Both the uri and label attributes have multiplicity=1, so both must be supplied.

What happens if the URI points to a vocabulary which includes labels, like the datalink/core vocabulary.. and the provided label here does not match?

PS: It seems like this might be used in the anchor for the AssignedLabel type of property (mango.Label)
