Ask one friends to 'accept' the outing #57
Description
Each outing will have one friend that is monitoring it.
Process:
- create the outing/validate it
- send a mail to all friends asking to monitor it
- one friend clicks on the link => will monitor the outing
- only this friend is alerted
If no friends are monitoring, they will all be alerted.
