Provide as yeoman generator

Hi, thanks your great work.
frasco is awesome tool for me.

I have an idea to enhance frasco.
I'd like to make yeoman template of frasco.

When I have created website with frasco, I needed to change README , package.json , git/config and so on.

How about it? If you agree my idea, I'll do it.

This is a great idea. I'm also thinking to have a frasco command to generate Frasco projects. https://github.com/ixkaito/frasco/tree/v0.6

I don't know whether Yeoman is the best solution, but it's OK to start with Yeoman at first. I'm glad to receive pull requests from you.

@ginfuru Thanks for your idea. Gem can also be a solution. Maybe we can make Frasco available for both npm and gem.
