requirements.txt is no longer complete

Hey Jack,

In your vids you walk through requirements.txt but it only contains one line now.
Probably accidentally removed the rest?

Hey Michel - very sorry about missing this!

I deliberately removed the rest as it was causing conflicts when upgrading dbt versions. Now with dbt 1.9 you need to specify both the core and adapter (BigQuery) versions so it's now 2 lines.
