Need to save disk space by not duplicating static folder

• Need to make sure there's no Jekyll frontmatter in /static folder.
• Use one of the hints from http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6972137/how-can-i-setup-jekyll-for-a-blog-with-a-large-image-directory-so-as-to-avoid-d to avoid duplicating this folder. (~14MB)
