bonescript-demo.js include bug

I've an issue when including [bonescript-demo.js](https://github.com/ehab93/bone101/blob/gh-pages/static/bonescript-demo.js), for example when I include this file in tutorial/index.html page it through `Uncaught TypeError` for `$slider_for.slick` variable. to make temporary fix for this, I've copied the code that I want to a separated file 70ffdbafdebd220e6e3512754a504f219a7a2d8f
