Request - Add the ability to delete a user without password confirmation to the Craft `v4.x` version of the plugin

As I understand it, the Craft v5.x version of this plugin offers the ability to delete a user without supplying the user's password, but the v4.x does not. We will not be able to migrate to Craft v5.x until some time next year, but could really use this feature now. I would like to formally request for this feature to be added to the Craft v4.x of the plugin.

Is this a possibility?
