argoInstance value needs to be updated
Add a cd property to allow alternate cd methods e.g. https://github.com/janus-idp/software-templates/pull/110/files#diff-5b08e228da35491e7a6b4fe0aba1d4adca4d6397f943d1b92683138e88c67613
