Server settings missing from client distributions

Probably don't want to change the "settings" path for the main servers.

Also probably don't want to just dump both client and server settings in the same folder in the client distributions.

Can make a "serverSettings" folder in there, and copy server settings to it.

And then, on startup, server code can check for existence of this folder, and if it exists, switch Settings manager to it.

Note also that several server .TXT files are missing (like name list files, curse words, etc.)
