Description
com.sun.xml.internal.ws.util.xml.XmlUtil.newXMLInputFactory(boolean ) use of the xmlSecurityDisabled(boolean) method is not consistent with how it is used elsewhere in XmlUtil. Its usage should be consistent throughout XMLUtil.
