Feature: open commit in browser

Thanks for the plugin, it is the only one so far working with a private instance of GitHub Enterprise which has a custom url.

It would be lovely to be able to open up a context menu while having selected a commit in the `Version Control -> Log` tab. In that context menu one would have the context menu item `copy url and open GitHub` which would then open the URL of that commit in the browser.
