Add information to readme how config properties can be overwritten by Maven properties

One important functionality of this Maven plugin is that JBake configuration values can be overwritten by Maven properties. This should be explicitly mentioned in the readme. Additionally it would be nice to be able to overwrite those with plugin or execution configuration properties to not pollute the global property namespace.
