Calving and GL flux min/max check (sign and value) #17

Calving flux should be in majority negative (it is a loss of mass for the ice sheet or grounded ice sheet) but in the cvs, min/max are all positive. I found also the max huge for kg/m2/s (0.1 Gt/m2/s). In Elmer min/max is more +/-0.04 kg/m2/s. For this variable the limit could also depend on the resolution (flux likely much stronger in 1km than 32 km as the cell is much smaller).
