Allow to specify output file name and use GUI #236

Thank you for this great program!
Use of the -o option disables the GUI, and looking at the code there is no way to prevent this. If one wants to use the GUI (to review the merging process), but is not happy with the automatically generated file name, one is thus forced to manually modify the output file name each time.
Moreover, specifying -o without -B will not even enable batch mode and thus happily merge shots from unrelated batches together.
How about reviewing the options such that -o no longer disables GUI? If this is done, -a should be probably removed as well. If disabling the GUI without enabling batch mode is desirable, a --nogui option could be added.
Alternatively, if these changes are deemed not backwards-compatible enough, how about adding --gui switch to force enabling the GUI?
