This would definitely be possible if this information is sent in the response from Southwest when viewing your reservation. Yeah, I need to just book some reservations that are likely to change to try to get the information. But when I do, I'll post screenshot/locators.

Currently the Fare Checker checks to see if the price dropped. But what it can’t do is tell you that the reservation is eligible for free itinerary change, ref: https://support.southwest.com/helpcenter/s/article/options-if-southwest-changes-my-flight. This is helpful to know as another flight might be better but it was more expensive at booking. I’ve experienced this before and there was previously a banner on the reservation that notified you. Sometimes I would get an email, but their system would be delayed in notifying me if it did at all.
I think the difficult part would be creating the scenario to determine what to check for. If there is always a banner then that should be fairly easy. If not, I don’t know if just checking that all flight prices are 0 or negative in value is a fair assessment. Since you could have purchased the most expensive ticket option at the time.
