NVENC Encoding on GPU and Decoding on CPU #726
Description
I have a GTX 770 that I want to use to transcode, but it is only ENCODING when using NVENC. It is decoding on the CPU and it is always at 100%, how can I make it so it encodes AND decodes on the GPU without using the CPU?
