(jenkins-jobs) Support github organziation scanning for jobs #105
Description
Before jenkins-infra/helpdesk#2840, we used to define "Docker Jobs" on infra.ci.jenkins.io as a GitHub organization scanning: https://github.com/jenkins-infra/kubernetes-management/blob/d59523b3272329ea17e3043cc9e9f9435168aced/config/ext_jenkins-infra.yaml#L526
It would be a nice feature for the chart jenkins-jobs to support such kind of job, so that any use case such as the "Docker jobs" that does not require a different configuration between 2 of their sub-jobs would supported.
Implementation would be to add a new template for this job.
