Jenkins and plugins versions report

After upgrading from jenkins 2.387.3-jdk11 to jenkins 2.442-jdk17 the gitlab icons on organizational folder are lost, exactly how is described on the jira ticket still opened: https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-72407. I have configured in the folder that the icons are coming from the Metadata Folder Icon, so it should get the image from the gitlab repo itself.
Also the build icons are gone too :(, it doesn't show any build status, just a not loaded image, so from outside we can't know when a job is running or it failed....

What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

Reproduction steps

I'm deploying jenkins throught the helm chart provided by https://charts.jenkins.io version: 4.11.1, and the jenkins docker image used is: jenkins/jenkins:2.442-jdk17

Everything remains the same including the organizational folder icons
