Migrate from PI3b + RPI-RF-MOD to VM env (unraid)

Hey everyone! I have been using this software for years now and it worked very well so far. Unfortuantely at that time I started with an old raspberry PI3B, which today is kinda ancient and is giving some trouble sometimes.
I would like to move away from it to an unraid setup but I'm scared a lot to migrate all my devices (70+), 100% HMIP

I tried to go through the guide but it's really a lot of information and I didn't get exactly if it's even possible to migrate the devices from a RPI-RF-MOD to a RF USB stick

Sorry if I have missed an already answered question similar to this, I'm not very strong with the german language
