Is it possible to migrate from com.jcraft/jsch.agentproxy.* to com.jcraft/jsch instead?

Hello, I've been trying to get some tests to build locally and upgrade the version of jepsen I use from 0.1.8 to 0.3.0, but I am running into some issues building in the dependencies from com.jcraft/jsch.agentproxy.*

I noticed that the corresponding libraries for com.jcraft/jsch.agentproxy.* have not been updated in 10+ years: https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.jcraft

I also noticed that JSch has imported some of the needed classes and is better maintained: mwiede/jsch#65

Out of curiosity, was migrating away from com.jcraft/jsch.agentproxy.* already considered for Jepsen?

Jepsen hasn't used jsch by default in... at least five years, so we could just rip it out altogether. It used to be the default, and we have it as a pluggable dependency, but SSHJ has been working well for five years now and it's tempting to simplify. I'd be willing to take a patch that deprecates it!

Thats great! I can work on a patch - is there a guide on how i can test my changes and make sure it doesn't break anything?

Yeah, lein test will run quick local tests, and lein test :all will run the full suite, including integration and perf tests. If you'd like to tag the jsch ns with :deprecated and :superseded-by, be my guest--we could pull it out in the next major release.
