When and how to use automatic weather data pruning?

Hi,

I don't quite understand the option to erase weather data and need some help understanding.

In the standard config, the irrigation time is calculated at 23:00 and the weather data is erased at 23:59. Doesn't that mean, I loose the weather data from 23:00 - 23:59 and this data is then not available for calculation the next day? I use OpenWeather, do I need to erase the data at all?

How do I set the time for calculation and erasing of weather data, when I want to irrigate shortly before sunrise (using the provided event)?
